01 Haier air suspension boosts precision bearing manufacturing
Ningbo HCH Bearing Group focuses on high-precision bearing manufacturing. In order to ensure the bearing manufacturing, the HVAC system is required to be comfortable and ventilated, and in addition to the refrigeration function, it is also necessary to carry out localized air supply to the workers at each workstation.
HCH Bearing Workshop originally used split-type air conditioning, which has high energy consumption and short air conditioning life, making it difficult to meet the production needs of high-precision bearings. According to the workshop's production conditions and air conditioning needs, Haier Intelligent Building used 8 sets of 350RT cooling capacity air suspension centrifugal chiller units for machine room renovation, and used air volume jet hanging cabinets and fan coil units for air supply, which not only greatly improved the HVAC energy efficiency, but also met the air supply needs of the local positions.
Production personnel will not contaminate the bearings due to sweating, controlling the rate of defective products and improving production efficiency. The project was selected to be included in the list of green technology promotion catalog to be included by the National Development and Reform Commission with the excellent achievement of 1120 tons of carbon saving per year.
