April 17, in the world's first AI-enabled multi-connected connected factory, Haier's first large model AI central air conditioner officially came off the production line, from the design, manufacturing, service and other processes to upgrade the user's intelligent energy-saving experience.
Through AI empowerment, Haier has upgraded the value of user experience. On the one hand, it is less investment: the application of AI technology realizes the balance between comfort and energy saving from the design stage, and achieves the industry's largest cooling capacity of 48 horsepower for a single unit, which reduces the amount of equipment used by about 10%, and reduces the cost of equipment procurement. On the other hand, it is used to save: equipped with a special chip for AI scenes, the AI algorithm improves the operation energy saving by about 15%, and the comprehensive unit operation reduces the effect of energy saving by 30%, which brings the users a new experience of low-carbon and intelligent building.

On the scene, Zhou Lin, vice mayor of Jiaozhou City, said in his speech that the smart home appliance industry will participate more in the industrial chain and the international division of labor in the supply chain, and continue to export Chinese product standards and technology. Haier will provide strong support for the SCO Demonstration Zone to build a new platform for “Belt and Road” international cooperation.

In his speech, Fu Songhui, vice president of Haier Home Automation and general manager of Haier Intelligent Buildings, mentioned that the world's largest AI multi-connected machine manufacturing base applies the industry's first high-efficiency multi-connected machine intelligent flexible line body, introduces 55 intelligent technologies, and the automation rate reaches more than 60%, which is able to quickly meet the personalized and customized needs of different users.

Walking into this intelligent interconnected factory, you can see that the mechanical arm is accurately assembling parts, the monitoring screen is updated in real time with production data, AGV carts shuttling among them, a busy scene of efficient collaboration. Behind this, Haier has integrated AI technology into the whole production process to ensure that users' energy-saving and intelligent needs are met.

In the product production line, each production link realizes intelligent assembly and intelligent scheduling with the help of AI algorithms and real-time data analysis. Before the products leave the factory, the whole process of intelligent quality inspection is also carried out through visual recognition, sensors and artificial AI intelligent technology to ensure that each product meets the high standard of quality requirements. Finally, it is combined with digitalized intelligent warehouse management and intelligent task scheduling technology to achieve accurate and fast distribution. And all of this is to deliver energy efficient product solutions to users better and faster.

Saving with: 3 years to save money on an air conditioner

Central air conditioning as a major energy consumer, its operation, maintenance energy consumption should not be underestimated. For this reason, Haier intelligent building not only makes the hardware unit reach the national level energy efficiency standard, but also relies on the industry's first MCU + NPU dual-core design to build a big AI model, so that the building learns to judge for itself, how to run is considered energy saving.

In the AI experience session, the traditional manual switching and timing settings are turned into a single command on the screen. Through cell phones and computers, equipment start and stop, mode presetting, energy consumption query can be carried out online, and there is also an abnormal reminder function, which greatly reduces the failure rate. Based on the independent chip, the system is able to better divide the work, which makes the AI arithmetic power increase dramatically, supporting millions of commands per second, so that the air conditioning system can automatically adjust the temperature, wind speed and wind direction, etc., according to changes in the internal and external environment, and the AI is transformed into a 24-hour working assistant.
