Analysis of new air-conditioning technology in Belarusian science and technology building

Belarus Science and Technology Building covers an area of 24,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 290,000 square meters, of which the main building has 88 floors and a height of 420.5 meters, about 200,000 square meters, and the appearance of the building is a tower-type building. The podium has 6 floors of 32,000 square meters and 3 underground floors of 57,000 square meters, and the outer body is made of lattice cladding made of aluminum alloy tubes. Belarusian Science and Technology Building has a foyer lobby on the 1st-2nd floors; the 3rd-50th floors are large space column-free office areas with a floor height of 4 meters and a net height of 2.7 meters; the 51st-52nd floors are the electromechanical equipment floors; the 53rd-87th floors are the hotel; and the 88th floor is a sightseeing hall with a floor area of 1,520 square meters.
The air-conditioning cold water, hot water and cooling water are set up in zones according to the height of the building.
The main forms of air-conditioning wind system are:
Office area: centralized fresh air air conditioning unit + floor air conditioning unit;
Hotel common low area: centralized new air conditioning unit + floor air conditioning unit;
Hotel guest room area: centralized fresh air conditioning unit + fan coil unit; hotel public high area: all-air centralized air conditioning unit.
Equipped with 8 centrifugal chillers and two plate heat exchangers (for free cooling) and supporting water pumps, these equipments are divided into two groups to serve the high and low zones respectively.
Low zone (podium and office low zone) part:
Chiller unit Carrier 19EX-4343 cooling capacity 4220kW (1200USRT) 3 units;
Carrier 19EX-5052 chiller with a cooling capacity of 1406kW (400USRT) 1 unit;
Plate heat exchanger ALFA-LAVAL M30-FD, heat exchange capacity 3017 kW 1 unit;
The working pressure on the cold water side of the system air conditioner is 2.1 MPa, and the working pressure on the cooling water side is 1.05 MPa.
High zone (office high zone and hotel) part:
Chiller and plate heat exchanger configuration is the same as the low zone, system air conditioning chilled water side working pressure 2.8MPa, cooling water side working pressure 1.5MPa.
The boiler room is equipped with 4 sets of LOOS UL-S 100 oil/gas dual-purpose steam boilers, each with a heat capacity of 4,900 kW. 6 sets of steam-water heat exchangers and hot water circulating pumps are set up in the heat exchanger room. There are six steam-water heat exchangers and hot water circulating pumps in the heat exchanger room, each of which consists of two units to supply the basement, podium and low office area. The heat exchangers for the high office area and the hotel section are located in the middle and upper technical floors.
The air-conditioning project designed by Henan Able Trading Co., Ltd. for Belarusian Science and Technology Building adopts variable air volume air-conditioning system in some areas; other areas adopt primary return air-conditioning system, which is both beautiful and practical, and we congratulate both parties on the successful completion of this project!
