Type of refrigeration compressor
At present, the commonly used compressors mainly include piston compressors, scroll compressors, screw compressors and centrifugal compressors:
Piston refrigeration compressor: mostly medium (standard cooling capacity 60~600KW) and small (less than 60KW), but because of its loud noise, low efficiency and easy to fail, the use of air conditioning is not much, but many use semi-closed piston compressors on the cold storage.
Scroll refrigeration compressor: Currently mainly used in small refrigeration systems, in the home air conditioning and commercial VRV and other small systems used;
Screw refrigeration compressor: has a simple structure, high reliability and easy operation and maintenance, in addition to mature technology and a series of unique advantages, has been widely used in refrigeration, air conditioning and a variety of processes;
Centrifugal refrigeration compressor: simple and compact structure, less moving parts, reliable work, durable and low operating costs, generally suitable for refrigeration systems greater than 500RT, and can achieve stepless adjustment, so that the load of the unit in the range of 30% to 100% work.
