Gree has newly developed the high-efficiency aerodynamic gas bearing centrifugal compressors and units, with 50~300RT compressors and 50-600RT centrifugal chillers. COP is up to 6.35 and IPLV is up to 10.15.
The gas bearing centrifugal compressor has integrated the self-developed "double bump double top" pure mechanical foil bearing, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, back-to-back configured dual impellers and other advanced technologies, to achieve high speed oil-free rotation and no friction operation. ON/OFF life cycle is over 100,000 times and anti-surge impact number is more than 1000 times. Moreover, it features simple maintenance, high efficiency and high reliability.They have been widely used in data centers, large buildings, industrial process cooling and so on.
