The inspection of refrigeration equipment before starting is a key part of the normal operation of refrigeration equipment, so the operation and maintenance personnel should be particularly careful when checking:
1. Whether the power supply is within the range of 380V± 5%.
2. Whether the power supply and control switch are in the closing position.
3. Whether the button switch and indicator light on the electric control cabinet panel are in good condition and the indication is normal.
4, the controller display is normal, there is no fault display bar code or text.
5, whether the oil level of the refrigeration unit is in, the oil indicator mirror 1/2, how the oil color.
6, refrigeration unit oil temperature is in the normal temperature range.
7, the high and low pressure of the refrigeration unit is balanced.
8, refrigeration unit and system is there any leakage.
9. Check whether the valves on the refrigeration unit and refrigeration system, including the cooling water system, are fully opened.
10. Whether the liquid supply solenoid valve works normally.
11, evaporator system coil is abnormal sound.
12. Whether there is oil flower in the condensate of the evaporator.
13, the evaporator fan manual start whether there is abnormal sound.
14, the evaporator fan steering is normal.
15, check the refrigeration unit control panel and sensors and other parts are intact.
16, confirm the refrigeration unit control panel setting data is correct.
17. View historical fault records of the user menu.
18, check the control panel display no fault warning.
19, the compressor motor can be clicked to see whether it can be started, and there is no fault in the starting current is too large.
20, to determine whether the steering of the refrigeration compressor is correct, the compressor decision can not reverse this is particularly important.
